Patty’s novella “The Shattered World Wthin” (Giganotosaurus, Feb 2013) was included in a roundup of best free online stories at io9.

Patty’s novel Trader’s Honour was reviewed at Tsana’s Reads & Reviews.

Ian McHugh’s story “The Canal Barge Magician’s Number Nine Daughter” (Clockwork Phoenix 4, forthcoming July 2013) was included in reviews of the anthology at Little Red Reviewer and Dusty on Movies.

Elizabeth Fitzgerald and Helen Stubbs will be co-editing a cross-genre anthology of stories by writers connected to the Queensland Gold Coast.

Conflux Inc, presided over by Nicole Murphy and involving many other CSFG members over the years, has taken up the baton from Specfaction NSW for running the Aurealis Awards.
