The CSFG’s Annual General Meeting will be held this Wednesday, 21 October @ 7:00pm at the Hellenic Club in the City.
Generally, the AGM will take up some of the first hour of our normal meeting. The outgoing committee will report on the activities and achievements for the year, and the members present will vote in a new committee and office-bearers for the coming year.
The CSFG Committee consists of seven people and includes the positions of President, Treasurer, Vice President, Public Officer, and Secretary. Positions are filled from volunteers from within the Guild’s membership, with nominations and voting generally occurring at the AGM. Those of you with a desire to fill a role but who are unable to make the AGM are encouraged to contact the existing committee with an expression of interest.
This is an excellent time to get involved in the direction of the Guild, so everyone is strongly encouraged to participate!
